We are currently seeking a motivated Senior/HR Executive (6-months Contract) to be part of our Human Resource team.
The Senior/HR Executive supports the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, training coordination, and HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with local employment regulations, and provides timely HR support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining confidential employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and preparation of job offers.
Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
Provide HR advisory and first-level support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related queries.
Liaise with training providers on course registrations, scheduling, and payment processing.
Assist in planning and organising staff engagement and welfare activities.
Support the handling of employee grievances and complaints, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Ensure HR practices and processes comply with local employment laws and statutory regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations
Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
