Key responsibilities
- Work pass administration: Handle all aspects of foreign worker permits, including applications, renewals, and terminations.
- Payroll and benefits: Assist in payroll, administer benefits, and manage leave records for both staff and workers.
- Employee relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Compliance and records: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws (especially MOM regulations), and assist with MOM surveys and audits.
- Training and development: Coordinate and track training needs and applications, ensuring skill development and regulatory compliance.
- General administration: Support daily administrative operations, including project site support and facility management, and assist with audits and other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
- Possesses 3 to 5 years of working experience as a HR in the construction/oil & gas industry
