Job Overview

We are looking for an Senior HR Executive/HR Generalist to support regional HR operations across markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. This role is hands-on and involves payroll, work pass administration, and HR operations support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage full-cycle regional recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage monthly payroll and statutory submissions.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Support the company's manual appraisal system and performance processes.
• Provide HR support to employees and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Provide personal assistant (PA) support to management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
