Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, with a primary focus on payroll administration, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding and the first point of contact for employee relations.

What you will be doing

  • Handle monthly payroll processing and all statutory submissions.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, work pass matters, orientation, and exit procedures.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documents.

  • Assist in HR operations, performance appraisals, and any ad-hoc HR tasks.

What we are looking for

  • 2-5 years of HR experiences.

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and independent, with the confidence to seek guidance when needed.

  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.

  • Excited to grow your career in HR and step up into a senior role in the future.
