Position Title: Senior HR & Admin Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This position will be supporting day-to-day HR and Admin operations for one of the subsidiary company that was acquired. He/She will foresee a rapid career growth with high job satisfaction and accomplishments.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Operation - (70%)

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide support to the business units
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, etc.
  • Handle the full end-to-end-recruitment process inclusive of onboarding and off-boarding (e.g., Job Posting, Coordinate for interviews, new hire's onboarding orientation, Exit clearance/interviews etc.)
  • Responsible for collecting and filing all employees P-file documents.
  • Work closely with the business heads to advice and support for all HR operational related matters (e.g. employee disciplinary issues, grievances and counselling)
  • Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purposes such as quota reports, hiring reports, headcount reports, etc.
  • Responsible for all work-related passes (e.g., Application, renewals, cancellation, foreign worker quota tracking, PCP registration etc.)
  • Submission of all government-related claims matters
  • Enrolment and Termination of Insurance through the insurance portal
  • Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Admin Operation - (30%)

  • Assist on daily administrative activities and provide support to the team (e.g. asset management, office stationeries and asset purchasing, maintenance of office admin. inventory list etc.)
  • Processing of office admin related invoices into system to ensure prompt payment
  • Assist in other ad-hoc employee activities or projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of working experience as a HR Generalist
  • Good knowledge and keep up to date to HR practices and MOM regulations
  • Hands-on, meticulous, high integrity, responsible and good team player
  • Willingness to learnt and able to work independently with good multitasking skills
  • Able to meet timelines and excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
