Career Opportunity for a Senior HR Executive
Reports to Finance & Admin Manager
Responsibilities:
A. HUMAN RESOURCE SUPPORT:
- Lead in recruitment processes: Job posting, screening & scheduling interviews.
- Manage all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, grievances resolution, and offboarding.
- Review, develop and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with government regulations while optimizing internal processes.
- Contribute to HR Projects such as digitalization, engagement and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) enhancements.
- Lead in employee engagement activities.
- Work directly with departments head to plan and support performance, growth and people development across the company.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
B. ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT:
- Manage Work Passes (Work Pass application & renewal), and statutory compliance with MOM regulations.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Provide administrative support to another team member related to HR matters when needed.
C. CROSS FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT:
- To co-ordinate and support other Baumann Group facilities for technical support and know how transfer.
- Lead in any HR initiative being delegated by the Group to Plant level.
D. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- 4 - 8 years of HR in a Manufacturing Industry
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
- Strong knowledge of MOM Law and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset, adapt at problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Detail-orientated and resourceful in managing HR processes and challenges.
- Able to work independently
