Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from reviewing job descriptions and posting roles to screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting candidates, and planning staffing needs.
Handle high-volume recruitment (50-100 hires monthly, depending on events).
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies while exploring new channels to build a strong talent pool.
Participate in career fairs, store visits, and other recruitment-related activities.
Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Handle new hire onboarding, including preparing employment contracts, requisitioning IT equipment, conducting orientation, and registering clock-in accounts.
Cultivate relationships with schools to manage internship and traineeship programs.
Oversee the time and attendance system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date attendance records.
Manage training registrations and handle statutory surveys.
Maintain and update employee records in Prosoft and government portals.
Prepare weekly manpower reports, budget reports, and any other ad-hoc reports as needed.
Requirements:
Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of the Employment Act and labor laws in Singapore.
Ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
