Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Finance Executive to lead financial planning and analysis activities, support strategic decision-making, and provide clear financial insights to drive sustainable growth. This role works closely with business leaders to manage budgets, optimize costs, and support executive and board-level reporting within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including the development of detailed budgets, forecasts, and management reports that provide actionable insights into business performance, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.

• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and pricing decisions, with consideration for the cost structures and scaling dynamics of a fabless semiconductor / technology-driven business.

• Partner with department heads to manage operational budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive cost optimization initiatives while supporting innovation and quality objectives.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, and prepare financial materials for executive reviews, board meetings, and external reporting requirements.

• Support continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in corporate finance, or financial analysis roles.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

• High attention to detail with strong ownership of data accuracy and deadlines.
