Role Overview:
We are seeking an independent and enthusiastic Finance Manager to manage and oversee our finance operations in Singapore and regionally.
As a part of the team at The Purest Group, you will work closely with the finance team as well as other departments across the business to make an impact in a number of ways:
- Manage and oversee our finance operations in Singapore and regionally to support the growth of our business whilst maintaining appropriate financial governance and controls
- Build and implement systems and processes to simplify, automate and standardise

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, regional exposure, and proven people management capabilities. Being able to work independently and having a self-starter attitude would also be key.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance - Singapore and Regional
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore and other jurisdictions
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at Group and Entity levels
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory submissions for each jurisdiction
- Manage statutory audits and liaise with external service providers
Tax & Transfer Pricing
- Manage Singapore and regional tax matters, including corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax, and tax computations
- Support transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements, and related-party transactions in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations
- Coordinate with regional teams and external advisors on transfer pricing and tax matters
- Monitor tax developments in Southeast Asia and assess impact on the business
Budgeting, Forecasting & Controls
- Build and maintain a financial dashboard
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial processes.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Conduct financial analysis to provide strategic insights, serving as a key finance business partner to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and financial governance.
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage, mentor and develop the finance team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of Finance / Accounting experience in a supervisory capacity
- Professional qualification such as CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of local accounting standards, tax and compliance regulations
- Prior experience handling Southeast Asia accounting and tax matters is key
- Practical experience with transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
- Experience in ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Xero)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and regional teams
