  • Take ownership of the full set of accounts, including AP/AR, general ledger, cash flow management, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and review monthly management reports, financial statements, cash flow analysis, forecasts, and annual budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, tax filings, and statutory requirements, and act as the key point of contact with auditors, banks, and relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Manage banking-related matters, including the review and processing of bank guarantees and letters of credit applications.
  • Oversee and validate sales commission calculations to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreed structures.
  • Prepare government statistical returns and support ad-hoc finance and business initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognised professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA).
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements, with sound business acumen.
  • Hands-on, proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, or similar), with strong analytical skills.
  • A collaborative team player with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

What's on Offer

  • A hands-on finance leadership role with broad exposure across operations, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Opportunity to be part of a stable, well-established regional organisation with long-term growth potential.
  • Collaborative working environment with autonomy, visibility, and opportunities for professional development.
