Account Executive/Finance Manager

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations

Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support business decision-making

Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as department heads, to provide financial insights and recommendations

Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and control

Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial procedures and controls

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 3-5 years of experience in a financial accounting or finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements

Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information effectively

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness
