Job Description

Tasks:

Daily Operations:

  • Order entry and order clarification with customers and production scheduler

  • Issue Order Acknowledgment to customers and ensuring sales orders follow sales terms and conditions

  • Prioritization and tracking of customers orders in SAP, including expediting and handling change request

  • Analyze and prepare shipment documentation according to the delivery schedule plan

  • Generate invoicing and point of contact on billing matters, which include preparation of LC documents for bank submission

  • Vetting of contracts, in terms of shipping terms and requirements

  • Communicate and coordinate with external customers and internal stakeholders to deliver the orders accordingly

  • Reverse logistics handling, including the issuing of credit memo

  • Attend to customer's feedback and work closely with key stakeholders to resolve issues

  • Support New product introduction (NPI) activities

  • Coordinate in product End of Live (EOL) activities, with emphasized on the appropriate supply chain activities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries

  • Analyze and support in KPI reporting to provide high level of customer service

  • Review order processing procedure according to the business needs

  • Participate in continuous process improvement and projects

  • Ad-hoc logistics tasks assigned

Tactical:

  • Drive the planning and countermeasure in supply chain risks for order fulfillment of box orders worldwide

  • Establish and maintain performance matrix and standards that monitor clearly the health of the overall supply chain activities in a transparent manner

  • Measure and implement action plans to ensure cost-effective and efficient SC processes

  • Establish and maintain Work Instructions and procedures in supply chain topics for box business

  • Review and re-engineer existing box business order management processes


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree equivalent in Logistics or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of related experience in Order Processing / Order Fulfillment functions preferably in Manufacturing environment

  • Proficient in SAP R3 SD/MM Modules and S4 Hana system

  • Good knowledge and experience in handling L/C, Incoterm, Credit/Debit note ops

  • Knowledge in Strategic Goods Documentation and control

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS excel

  • Customer oriented focus and mindset

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English

  • Mature and has a team player attitude while being able to work independently

  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
