We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Senior Marketing Executive to manage our mall's integrated marketing initiatives. This hybrid role combines ad sales, large format print media, digital screen content curation, and event management, driving both revenue and customer engagement.
Primary duties will include:
Ad Sales
- Develop and manage on-property advertising opportunities (e.g. hoardings, escalator wraps, pillar branding).
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, agencies, and brand partners.
- Create compelling media kits and pitch decks to attract advertisers.
- Track performance and ROI of ad placements.
Large Format Printing & Visual Merchandising
- Oversee production and installation of large format print assets across the mall.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely execution.
- Ensure brand consistency and high visual impact in all printed materials.
Digital Screen Content Curation
- Manage content strategy for mall's digital screens (LED walls, kiosks, lift panels).
- Curate a mix of promotional, informational, and entertainment content.
- Collaborate with tenants and partners for co-branded content opportunities.
- Monitor screen uptime and content cheduling.
Event Planning & Execution
- Conceptualise and execute mall-wide events, seasonal activations, and pop-ups with wider marketing team.
- Liaise with tenants, sponsors, and vendors to deliver engaging experiences.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.
- Drive footfall and media coverage through innovative event marketing.
Qualifications:
. 5+ years in marketing, media sales, or event management.
. Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
. Creative thinker with a commercial mindset.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
. Min diploma in marketing/advertising/media communications or related studies
