  • Develop marketing and sales materials that communicate with clarity, inspire interest, and support audience conversion.

Event Marketing & Brand Experience

  • Bring the HCLI brand to life across programmes, events, and community experiences through thoughtful branding, visual communication, and creative execution.
  • Shape the audience experience before, during, and after events, ensuring consistency and intentionality across every touchpoint.
  • Capture and amplify meaningful moments through event storytelling, photography, videography, and post-event communications.

Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Amplify HCLI's voice and visibility through media engagement, publicity opportunities, and strategic communications.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and creative vendors to translate shared objectives into impactful communications.

What We're Looking For

  • A natural storyteller who can distil complex ideas into clear, engaging, and memorable narratives.
  • A strong visual thinker with an appreciation for design, composition, information hierarchy, and the power of visual communication.
  • An audience-first mindset, with the ability to see beyond individual deliverables and consider the broader experience across different touchpoints.
  • A creative problem-solver who brings fresh perspectives while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and communication objectives.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and creative tools such as LinkedIn, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and proactive individual who takes ownership of their work and is motivated to continually improve how things are communicated and experienced.
