Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Digital Performance Marketing
- Plan and optimize digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, social) to improve traffic and ROI
- Run A/B testing and conversion funnel optimization
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure competitive positioning across markets
Loyalty & Personalization
- Develop loyalty programs and engagement campaigns
- Use customer data and AI to drive personalization and increase retention
- Advocate for customer-first strategies in marketing initiatives
Analytics & AI Integration
- Monitor competitor activity and evaluate campaign performance
- Build dashboards to report on key metrics (acquisition, retention, conversion)
- Pilot and implement AI tools such as chatbots and predictive analytics
Requirements
- 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (regional or multi-market preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social performance campaigns
- Experience in e-commerce, loyalty, or personalization strategies
- Proficient in marketing analytics and dashboard tools
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with CMS/e-commerce platforms like Sitecore is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
