Location: East (Near MRT)
Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Reports to Digital Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing
- Lead and optimize regional e-commerce and digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, paid social) to drive traffic, engagement, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and funnel analysis to enhance conversion paths and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with regional sales offices to ensure competitive digital positioning and alignment with market trends.
- Develop and execute loyalty programs and lifecycle engagement strategies to increase retention and repeat purchases.
- Utilize behavioral data and AI-powered segmentation to deliver personalized content and offers.
- Advocate for customer-first thinking across regional marketing efforts, fostering long-term brand advocacy.
- Monitor competitor activity and evaluate campaign performance across digital touchpoints.
- Build intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights on acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Pilot emerging AI tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, personalization engines) to elevate campaign efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a regional or multi-market capacity.
- Strong foundation in paid media (search, social, performance marketing).
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms, loyalty marketing, and personalization strategies.
- Analytical mindset with dashboarding skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Curiosity and/or experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore is a plus.
- Proactive communicator with the adaptability to thrive in both virtual and cross-functional environments.
