The Job
You will be involved in the Human Resource functions such as recruitment administration, headcount management, benefits administration, and performance appraisal.
You will assist to advise the line managers on the human resource policies and practices. You will compile and analyse HR data and support in all other HR areas as assigned.
Short term assignments of 6-12 months are also available.
Job Requirement
At least 3 years of relevant HR operations/ generalist experience in a large, fast paced organization.
Analytical and able to work with numbers.
Good interpersonal skills and can work with all levels of staff.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Meticulous with an eye for details and able to multi task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
