Perform full set payroll spectrum including CPF submission, Tax clearance and Yearly IR8A submission & Etc
Submission of government's grant (Skillconnects, Levy Waive off, Childcare, maternity, NS Claim, SDL , WTU Funding & etc)
Documentation preparation for new employee appointment and existing staff, conduct staff orientation for new staff, exit interview for resigned staff & yearly appraisal.
Workers Management (Including dormitory, training and workers counselling)
Proficient in MOM Passes application, work pass application including WP, S pass, Employment Pass, renewal, cancellation, Levy Waiver application and MOM Appeals
Create & maintain staff and workers database, including personal data, medical leave, leave record, training record and etc
Claim management such as Motor Vehicle Accident, Work Injury Compensation Claim & Workers medical Claim.
Monitoring and arrangement training for CET to fulfill BCA requirement.
Advertise, screening & conduct interview to suitable candidates for HR recruitment
Maintain and monitor of Annual Policy
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
Preferably someone with experience in the full spectrum of HR with Diploma or Equivalent in Human Resources related
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of related work experience in construction sector
Strong HR operational background, solid understanding of local employment laws and HR practices.
Proficient in HR Software, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Has a strong passion in interacting with people and is willing to go the extra mile.
Self-Starter and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
Knowledge with HR software will be an added advantage
