Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager is based in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring service delivery excellence. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating security personnel, ensuring compliance with operational standards, conducting evaluations, and implementing productivity initiatives. The role also includes reporting, ensuring adherence to client requirements, and addressing any service-related concerns.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of BD/sales experience, preferably in security services
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore market
• Experience in tender management is an advantage
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
