Our Client is a leading importer and local distributor of a full range of barbeque accessories and disposable tableware such as plates, bowl, cups, and cutlery like forks and spoons.
Currently they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager to drive business growth and expand their footprint within the HoReCa industry.
Job Responsibility:
Market Expansion & Sales Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including catering companies and restaurant chains.
Sales Planning & Execution
Formulate and execute a clear sales plan with defined Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop market segmentation strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations on product positioning and pricing strategies.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the HoReCa sector, preferably with experience selling packaging products to catering companies and/or restaurant chains.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships.
Resilient, goal-oriented, and persistent in closing sales opportunities.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism energetic, proactive, and self-motivated in pursuing new customers.
Good understanding of key HoReCa industry players.
