Job Description

Our Client is a leading importer and local distributor of a full range of barbeque accessories and disposable tableware such as plates, bowl, cups, and cutlery like forks and spoons.

Currently they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager to drive business growth and expand their footprint within the HoReCa industry.

Job Responsibility:

Market Expansion & Sales Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including catering companies and restaurant chains.

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Formulate and execute a clear sales plan with defined Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

  • Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Develop market segmentation strategies to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on product positioning and pricing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the HoReCa sector, preferably with experience selling packaging products to catering companies and/or restaurant chains.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships.

  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and persistent in closing sales opportunities.

  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism energetic, proactive, and self-motivated in pursuing new customers.

  • Good understanding of key HoReCa industry players.
