Job Summary
You will inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in hydraulic and marine equipment, troubleshoot failures, and support commissioning and testing to ensure reliable operation.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair electrical faults in hydraulic equipment and machinery including marine pumps, control valves, control panels, hydraulic power units, and switchgear to maintain operational efficiency
- Analyze wiring diagrams and schematic drawings to identify and resolve electrical faults accurately
- Troubleshoot electrical failures in main hoists, whip hoists, boom hoists, swing mechanisms, and pressure control systems to minimize downtime
- Participate in commissioning, installation, and testing of electrical projects to verify proper functioning and compliance with standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience servicing electrical faults in marine equipment
- Experience in the Marine and Offshore industry
- Demonstrate independence and responsibility with a positive work attitude
- Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills
