Job Summary
Perform maintenance, testing, and repair of lifting and hydraulic equipment to ensure operational reliability and safety. Lead technical teams and manage maintenance processes to support business continuity and equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, testing, and repair services on lifting equipment and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and implement preventive and corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities to sustain equipment reliability and compliance
- Diagnose faults accurately to enable timely resolution and reduce operational disruptions
- Supervise engineering and technical staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Develop and document maintenance procedures to standardize work processes and enhance team performance
- Manage inventory of suppliers and equipment to support maintenance operations and avoid shortages
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with quality, environmental, and safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to restore functionality and minimize impact on operations
- Perform hands-on technical tasks to support maintenance and repair activities
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the company to support operational needs
