Senior Director, Human Resources | Multinational Company | M&A

The Frazer Jones team is partnering closely with a large‑scale B2B multinational organization that is embarking on a significant enterprise‑wide transformation agenda. This is a senior executive HR leadership role responsible for the APAC region. The role is well-suited for a highly seasoned HR leader who has a proven track record in matrixed, B2B environments and is comfortable operating as a strategic advisor to top management and the Board. You will lead a team of 12 across different markets to shape and execute the people agenda at an enterprise level, ensuring talent, leadership, culture, and organisation design are fully aligned with long‑term business strategy. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and business leaders on all people‑related matters. You will ensure that the HR strategy is able to support business growth, operational excellence, productivity, and risk management across a sizeable and diverse workforce.

You will lead workforce and succession planning, leadership development, and talent strategies that enable the organisation to scale sustainably while navigating digital transformation, capability shifts, and evolving regulatory and labour landscapes regionally. Note that active M&As is characteristic of this sector. Therefore, a core focus will be on organisation design, change leadership, and operating‑model effectiveness, including the ability to support pre‑ and post‑ integration efforts, and leadership alignment.

You will play a central role in shaping and stewarding culture, leading the HR function while partnering with business leaders to collectively navigate the complex APAC region.

Ideal Profile

As a guideline, the ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including prior experience in HR leadership roles within complex, large‑scale organisations. Experience in B2B, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or similarly complex environments will be highly advantageous, given the scale, stakeholder diversity, and operational intensity of the business.

You are a credible, commercially minded HR leader who can operate confidently at C‑suite level, balancing strategic vision with execution.
