Managing Director (Manufacturing Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute business strategies in line with HQ's vision and objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and corporate governance.
• Facilitate effective communication between Japanese HQ and local teams.
• Ensure alignment in expectations, reporting, and execution across regions.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline
• At least 20 years of management experience
• Fluency in Japanese language (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding analytical skill and decision making
