As the Senior Data Analytics, you will be responsible for architecting the data ecosystem and
bridge the gap between raw engineering and business strategy. This position will design scalable
data models (Star/Nested Schema), orchestrate complex workflows using Airflow/Prefect, and
maintain a high-integrity Modern Data Stack via dbt and CI/CD. This position need to be proficient
in SQL and Python who can build intuitive self-service tools while translating technical complexity
into actionable business insights.
Job Responsibiities
- Design and implement robust data structures using Star Schema and Nested Schema methodologies to support complex business logic.
- Build and manage scalable data workflows using Airflow or Prefect, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Leverage dbt for transformation, Git for version control, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain a rigorous development lifecycle.
- Define and implement data quality tests (schema checks, null value alerts, and referential integrity) within the pipeline to catch upstream breaking changes.
- Create intuitive, high-impact dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma that allow stakeholders to find answers independently.
- Implement monitoring tools to ensure data health, proactively identifying and resolving quality issues before they reach the business.
- Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R to perform complex, repeatable analyses that go beyond standard SQL.
- Act as the bridge between technical infrastructure and business strategy, translating complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical leadership.
