Job Purpose

To drive transformation of business processes leveraging agentic AI technologies, reimagining workflows for enhanced automation, adaptability, and efficiency. The role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to redesign future-ready, AI-embedded workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document current business processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for agentic AI integration that enable autonomous decision-making and dynamic pathway optimization.

Lead workshops using design thinking to co-create AI-enabled process solutions aligned to business goals.

Define and apply frameworks for use case assessment, including feasibility, value, and risk evaluation of AI-driven initiatives.

Re-engineer end-to-end workflows from linear models to adaptive, agent-based ones, focusing on reducing manual interventions while increasing agility and outcome consistency.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams to embed AI, automation, and digital tools into process designs.

Measure process improvements using relevant KPIs and develop continuous improvement plans.

Support governance and operating models that ensure scalable and sustainable AI process implementations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, management, computer science, or related fields.

Significant experience (typically 5-7+ years) in business process re-engineering with a track record of AI or automation project delivery.

Expertise in agentic AI platforms, frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), and emerging AI orchestration technologies.

Solid understanding of workflow redesign, process automation, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in running design thinking sessions, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Knowledge of relevant cloud services and AI lifecycle management (CI/CD, MLOps) is desirable.
