Job Description

Job Role: -Operations Support Engineer (Senior Consultant)

Job Location: - Singapore

Experience: -5 + Years

Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Embed security best practices into development and operations workflows.
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Contribute to automation through coding, scripting, and CI/CD management.
  • Support deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.
  • Conduct code reviews, system audits, and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Handle incident response and resolve low-code application issues.
  • Plan and support UAT, QA, and testing processes to maintain quality.
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day IT, infrastructure, and security issues.

Job Skills & Requirements: -

  • Hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud (GCC exposure is a plus).
  • Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, cloud architectures, Docker, and containerization.
  • Programming experience in Python, React, Node.js, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with API integrations, JWT, Cognito, Authorizers.
  • Exposure to Large Language Models (OpenAI, Amazon Q, Gemini) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with microservices, web, and mobile development.
  • Strong design, coding, testing, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 full Agile/project development life cycles.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
