The Opportunity

You will shape and deliver AI initiatives that solve real business problems at scale. This spans applied machine learning, optimisation, LLM integration, predictive modeling, and the design of next-generation decision engines. You will act as both a technical authority and a strategic advisor, ensuring solutions are robust, explainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise-level goals.

. Build, validate, and deploy ML/AI models that improve forecasting, risk detection, optimisation, and automation

. Lead AI discovery, solutioning, and prototyping in partnership with business heads

. Translate complex AI concepts into clear strategic recommendations

. Design data pipelines, model lifecycles, and MLOps patterns for scale

. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and techniques that enhance enterprise AI adoption

. Guide non-technical stakeholders on responsible AI usage, governance, and implementation

. Define AI roadmaps, readiness assessments, and transformation blueprints

. Mentor internal teams and uplift overall AI capability across departments

Your Background

. Deep experience in machine learning, statistical modelling, and applied AI

. Strong knowledge of modern LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering

. Comfort working with incomplete data, ambiguous problems, and evolving business priorities

. Ability to design architectures that balance accuracy, performance, interpretability, and governance

. Experience delivering AI initiatives in consulting, enterprise, or high-rigour environments

. Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

. Proven ability to translate models into measurable business impact

. International mobility required
