Position Overview:

The Senior Business Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and operational processes. This role ensures compliance with trade regulations and company SOPs while driving efficiency in daily operations. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage procurement, vendor performance, and service delivery, while leveraging systems such as SAP Business One (SAP B1) to support accurate and timely operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full cycle of logistics operations, including international import/export shipments and local distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including proper handling of shipping documentation, customs requirements, permits, and endorsements.
  • Prepare, review, and validate shipping and commercial documents (e.g., Delivery Orders, Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices).
  • Plan and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, ensuring alignment with operational and project requirements.
  • Ensure all operational activities are executed incompliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Support and oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock movement, and storage optimization.
  • Lead periodic stock counts and fixed asset verification exercises, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and operational initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations, with exposure to international trade.
  • Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in Global Trade Compliance, experience in logistic handling requirements for commercial operators and foreign governmental agencies is a must.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
