SAP B1 Consultant

Job Description:

• SAP Business One project management.
• Conduct business requirements studies, review clients existing systems and provide recommendations and Improvements based on features and functions in SAP B1.
• Documentation of business requirement studies.
• Collaborate with in-house technical consultant to design add-on solutions to fulfil customers business and operation requirements.
• Conduct customer training and handholding to enable users skill in navigating and using the systems effectively.
• Upon project completion, hand over to in-house support team.
• Attending training provided by senior consultants/project manager whenever new features and technology are available for SAP B1.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner process owners to track and close out internal audit recommendations, ensuring timely implementation.

• Conduct internal control reviews for ad-hoc projects and assignments.

• Maintain and update Group policies/procedure manuals before rolling out to staff.

• Monitor compliance with applicable local rules and regulatory requirements (e.g., URA, SGX, etc.).

• Lead the Business Continuity Management (BCM) project/programme.

• Manage and review the risk framework, maintain the risk register, prepare the annual risk report, and support the Risk Management section of the Sustainability Report.

• Drive completion of the annual Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) checklist across business units.
