Our consumer products group, Tissues International, is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Development Executive to join us for Singapore market.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Business Development & AFH Support

  • Support the AFH channel in developing and executing short- and long-term business strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AFH customers, distributors, and channel partners to strengthen collaboration and drive sales growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, emerging market segments, and white-space growth areas within AFH.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and tailored presentations for key accounts, ensuring a professional and compelling approach.
  • Support in negotiating contracts and agreements under the guidance of the Business Development Manager / Head of AFH.

2.Data & Market Analysis

  • Collect, consolidate, and interpret sales, trade, and competitor data to provide timely, actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor universe/channel data to assess performance, market penetration, and share of voice, translating findings into growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and business reviews to evaluate performance against KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities within AFH to recommend corrective actions.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting through trend analysis, market intelligence, and sales data.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align strategies, processes, and forward-looking initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and execute category initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer programs across AFH and E-commerce channels.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer engagement, in-store execution, and consumer activation activities.
  • Support innovation projects, product launches, and cross-category programs to ensure alignment with channel needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or related functions; experience in the FMCG / AFH / E-commerce sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce dynamics (B2B and B2C) and experience with digital platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
