Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive continuous growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives, including roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and respond to customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate retail sales teams to achieve sales KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors activities to identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the Telecommunication or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, meticulous, and results-driven with good analytical and leadership abilities.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
