Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description

• Identify and develop business opportunities with construction companies, engineering firms, contractors, and project owners requiring on-site safety professionals.

• Coordinate the placement and management safety personnel, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts, including construction project managers and safety teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree
• Good written and oral/presentation skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Responsive and able to handle client communications quickly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with Korean dialects is important for effectively communicating with Korean clients
