JOB SUMMARY
- You will be responsible for the success of the outlet and oversee our cafe operations outlet.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Lead and manage operation team, front and back-of-house staffs across the assigned cafe outlet to deliver high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company's strategic.
- Provide professional training and guidance on hard skills for all barista with company's standard.
- Develop and direct company's overall budget planning strategy, goals and cost saving practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to operation team and cafe managers on addressing the service, organisation and cost issues.
- Research and develop opportunities and plans, understanding market requirements, identify market trends in F&B, and suggest improvements to achieve the company's goals and profits.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or higher
- Minimum 2 years relevant knowledge of F&B management, systems and procedures
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities, highly driven with strong work ethic, personal integrity and excellent leadership qualities.
- Food Safety Course Level 1
