About the Role
AVPN is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to support the organization's ongoing digital transformation journey. This role will play a hands-on execution and coordination function, supporting day-to-day technology operations, data and knowledge management, adoption of digital tools, and implementation of digital governance processes across AVPN.
This is a strong learning and growth role for someone interested in technology operations, digital enablement, and change management within a purpose-driven, multi-country organization.
Reporting to Assistant Director - Technology .
Responsibilities
1. Technology Operations & Support
- Support the day-to-day administration of AVPN's core digital tools including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Airtable, Zoom, and related platforms.
- Assist with user access management, onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordination of basic troubleshooting requests.
- Maintain and update the IT Register covering tools, licenses, users, renewal dates, and ownership details.
- Track usage metrics and support preparation of periodic reports on tool adoption, issues, and costs.
2. Digital Governance & Documentation
- Support the operationalization of AVPN's Digital Governance framework by maintaining governance logs, policy trackers, and decision records.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and organizing digital policies, SOPs, and guidance documents under the direction of the Assistant Director - Technology.
- Ensure documentation is well-organized, version-controlled, and accessible via the intranet or tech knowledge repository.
3. Data & Knowledge Management
- Work with tool admins, champions, and data stewards to support good data hygiene practices across systems.
- Assist with G-drive structure implementation, file clean-up exercises, and adherence to naming and access conventions.
- Support basic data checks and coordination with teams to resolve data quality or duplication issues.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support coordination with technology vendors by tracking requests, logging issues, and following up on agreed actions.
- Assist in maintaining vendor trackers, sprint backlogs, and service delivery documentation.
- Act as a coordination point between internal teams and the Assistant Director - Technology for smaller enhancement requests.
5. Adoption, Training & Change Support
- Support rollout of digital initiatives, including intranet features, ticketing systems, and new workflows.
- Help organize and document training sessions, onboarding materials, and quick-reference guides for staff.
- Assist in collecting feedback from teams on tool usability and digital experience, and synthesizing insights for improvement.
Requirements
- 46 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of systems, processes, or cross-team coordination.
- Familiarity with at least two of the following platforms: Google Workspace, Salesforce, Airtable.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working with documentation, trackers, spreadsheets, and structured processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Interest in digital systems, data, and improving ways of working.
- Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn in a fast-evolving environment.
- Exposure to Agile or sprint-based working environments is an advantage.
- Preferred Locations: India (Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore), Indonesia (Jakarta) and Philippines (Manila)
