The Senior Associate Sales Operations Analyst is integral in driving and fulfilling the needs of our business by working with sales, marketing, product, client success, and other group to manage and report on sales opportunities and their supporting efforts to secure a successful pursuit. This position works with various departments to gather business requirements for future development efforts to drive automation and enablement.
This role shall assists with the maintenance of strategic data within our systems and uses that information to produce materials for the Sales Operations team's regular reporting and presentation cycles with their stakeholders. This position also creates reports and visualizations as a result of their analysis of company data and presents those findings to various groups in the organization, including management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributes to gathering data and conducting analysis of company sales and profitability.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to understand quotas, sales rep performance, and sales metrics
- Supports the examination of sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Facilitates sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, client success and legal departments to understand and communicate deal progression, status, and next steps with various stakeholders.
- Supports sales teams by creating, evaluating and optimizing data sets and sales applications and platforms.
- Contributes to the implementation by sales forecasting by analyzing past data and trends to forecast future sales.
- Supports the establishment of sales fulfilment processes and makes recommendations for sales operations enhancement.
- Use accurate data sources to create reports and presentations on a regular basis for consumption by the management team.
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. (primarily Salesforce)
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, working closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales or a related field.
Required experience:
- Moderate level of experience with Salesforce.
- Moderate level of experience with quote tools is an advantage.
- Moderate level of sales or sales operations and enablement experience in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably a global technology organization.
- Moderate level of experience building sales metrics and models (for example, pipeline and forecast models).
Other Requirements:
- This role requires flexibility, as it encompasses not only Singapore but also the broader APAC and Japan regional scope. Additionally, some initiatives are driven by the EMEA team, which may occasionally necessitate participation in calls outside of standard working hours, including evenings.
