- Candidates with strong programme delivery or transformation backgrounds with some M&A exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Experience operating in complex, fast-paced environments and delivering updates to executive teams.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented and solution-oriented, with the ability to influence geographically dispersed teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with TSAs and Day 1 / Day 100 planning

- Exposure to carve-outs, separations, restructuring or operational transformation
- Project or programme management qualifications
If you have experience making M&A transactions work beyond the deal itself, I'd be happy to speak with you.
