The Role
We are looking for an individual to join the Membership Services Division - Operations team to support the adoption of Membership Chatbot, Nicole. The individual will support engagement with stakeholders to address concerns on Nicole, and support initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of Nicole.
Stakeholder Engagement Support
- Coordinate and support engagement sessions with stakeholders to understand Nicole usage, concerns or barriers to promoting Nicole to members.
- Work with internal teams to address stakeholder concerns, surface operational implications, and practical actions to improve Nicole adoption.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate enhancements address identified operational implications before deployment.
Change Management & Adoption Support for Nicole
- Support change management and adoption activities to help stakeholders understand the value of Nicole and confidently promote it as a self-service option for members.
- Develop sufficient understanding of Nicole's capabilities, limitations, and use cases to explain the chatbot clearly to stakeholders and address queries.
Role Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in coordination of initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Service-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Digitally savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
