  • RFA/RFI/CVI submission for approval.
  • Audit/Site inspection reports closure.
  • To obtain approval for relevant samples/materials testing from Architect/Consultants.
  • Oversee all architectural finishes works on site
  • Review projects specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
  • Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
  • Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issue
  • Ensure quality of work is in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Architectural or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in local architectural work
  • Knowledge in CONQUAS scheme
  • Able to lead and work independently
