Senior / Architectural Coordinator

Our client is one of Singapore's leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in mega civil infrastructure project and large scale iconic building projects. In view of expansion, they are looking for a multiple Archi / Senior Archi Coordinator to manage large scale building or civil projects.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate of all architectural implementation at site and monitor for any possible clashes with structural or M&E works
• Liaise with architect, design consultant on design intent and technical issues
• Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings
• Identify drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines

Requirements

• A Degree in Architecture or relevant field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
