Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Description:

. Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project

. Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work

. Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works

. Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues

. Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

. To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting with client's representative and consultants

. Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings

. Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site

. Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works

. Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan

. Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations

. Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress

. Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors conduct routine inspection of installed works

Requirement

. Degree / Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent

. Discipline 5 years experience and above of relevant site experience in building projects

. Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies

. Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment

. Candidate who possess good experience and exposure will be considered higher position. Salary will be commeasured according to skill set.
