Job Purpose:
Operations Processing - Contracting, Settlement and Asset Servicing
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Required to work on Singapore Public Holidays
Job Background/context:
Support CG CGPC SG/HK Wealth Investment Business for Bonds / Structured Notes Product
Key Responsibilities:
- Wealth Operations handles operations processing for Fixed Income and Structured Notes including Contracting, Settlement and Asset Servicing.
- Ensure that the day-to-day processing of operations is completed smoothly adhering to the cut-off times.
- Meet the Business expectation on operational matters and facilitate a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Confident to work under time pressure and timely handling of transactions.
- Detailed-oriented in processing large volume of transactions and exceeding the Service expectation with internal clients.
- Able to work amicably with others in the team to ensure work is completed smoothly. Liaison with other processing teams in Investment Operations and Business Teams.
- Ensuring quality processing and adherence to Citi Policies and Controls.
Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
- Knowledge of Investment products especially around Fixed Income Securities and Structured Products
- Prior experience in Fixed Income and Structured Notes order processing and trade settlements will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in diverse environments and cultures
- Responsible, organized and ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Articulate with strong communications skills both written and spoken
- Good Team Player
