Our client is in the Commodity Trading industry with global presence, currently seeks a Secretary to join their team.

Secretary to two Japanese Directors, he / she will need to schedule appointments, arrange travel for flight & hotel booking, settle staff claims, arrange business lunch & dinner, book golf sessions, and liaise with driver. Additionally, he / she will need to book accommodation for new expatriates, assist with EP/DP applications, arrange DHL services, and assist in obtaining financial report.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 year working experience in secretarial or administrative function
  • Proficiency in Japanese, with a minimum level of JLPT N3 or equivalent, both spoken and written is required
