Job Description

Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West easily accessible.

Duties:

  • Collect and track samples from suppliers, and send them to buyers on time.
  • Keep all samples and related documents neatly organised.
  • Follow up with suppliers to get the right paperwork quickly.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and keep calendars updated.
  • Help with general admin work like filing and other support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 Year of Administrative Assistant experience
