Scrum Master ( B2C digital project)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to support our B2C digital projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile principles and possess a solid understanding of the technologies used in B2C web platforms to effectively support development teams and drive successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

. Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

. Ensure Scrum events are conducted efficiently, timeboxed, and deliver value.

. Remove impediments to the team's progress and foster collaboration between stakeholders and the

. Scrum Team.

. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined, actionable backlog.

. Coach the team and broader organization on Agile best practices, tools, and mindset.

. Identify, communicate, and manage risks, issues, and change impacts.

. Track sprint progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile project management tools.

. Maintain relevant team and project documentation using appropriate documentation platforms.

. Understand technical concepts and project architecture to support planning, risk mitigation, and

. alignment.
