Digital Workplace Consultant

Responsibilities

. Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Power Platform.

. Lead technical delivery of projects involving MDM (Workspace One), identity integrations (Okta), and endpoint security.

. Develop and deploy automation solutions using PowerShell and Power Apps to optimize IT operations and reduce manual effort.

. Conduct technical training and handovers to support teams across locations.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce security policies, retention strategies, and governance frameworks.

Skills/Requirement

• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and governance.
• Microsoft Teams Calling and Meeting Rooms (MTR) deployment and support.
• Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune.
• Endpoint management and security (Intune, Workspace One).
• Identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta).
• ITSM automation and integration.
• Experience with vulnerability assessments and patch management.

Certifications

• MS-700 - Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate
• MS-720 - Microsoft Certified Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
• SC-300 - Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Administrator
• MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
