Job Description

Job Summary:

The Scheduler of Shared Operations plays a key role in ensuring optimal staffing levels across park operations. This role is responsible for creating and managing schedules, communicating with team members, and administering virtual rosters to meet business needs and operational demands, ultimately supporting the delivery of seamless guest experiences. This role will be responsible for the F&B portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with team members on availabilities, shift requirements, and approval of leave requests.
  • Draft and plan schedules according to the departments respective line schedules, park projections, and operational calendar.
  • Input shifts into Virtual Roster System and performing Virtual Roster activities such as drafting and publishing.
  • Handle incoming queries for schedule related issues.
  • Input, track and report confidential data in a timely manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism, or a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant operations experience.

Skills / Attributes:

  • Willingness to balance the needs of both departments and team members in providing best matched schedules through planning and adjustments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Well organized and able to follow-up quickly on communication with multiple groups of people.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to perform shift work, including on weekends and Public Holidays.
