Construction Scheduler / Planner

We are looking for Malaysian Construction Planner/Scheduler currently based in Singapore who are keen to take up an opportunity in Gelang Patah.

(accommodation provided for outstation employees. Basic salary RM 6,000 and RM 9,000 per month depending on experience)

Our client in Malaysia is a reputable main contractor known for delivering fast-track industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and process plants nationwide.
Backed by an integrated project team handling design coordination, cost control, and site execution, the company has a strong track record of completing complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

With a new data center project underway in Gelang Patah, the company is now actively building a full site team to support this exciting and high-profile development.

We are now helping the Client to fill up various new positions, this Construction Scheduler / Planner is one of them.

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor

Job Purpose

Develop the end-to-end construction method for the whole project and convert it into a practical, buildable schedule. Maintain, track, and improve the programme so all disciplines deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 5+ years planning/scheduling on contractor side
• Advanced Primavera P6 or MS Project strong Excel (S-curves, histograms)
• Solid grasp of CSA & M&E sequencing, logistics, lifting, access and temporary works
• Experience with data centre a strong plus
• Strong coordination and communication willing to visit sites nationwide
• Can do planning with laydown and logistic area as well.
• Conversational Mandarin/other languages to communicate with suppliers and workers.
