SAP MM Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise to lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, with a focus on Brownfield S/4HANA projects. This role requires an individual who can lead projects and drive end-to-end integration across our supply chain.

about the job

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Forecast-to-Produce solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze pain points and optimize business processes and system solutions.
• Drive end-to-end integration with supply chain ecosystems (PLM, Planning, WMS, etc.) using SAP best practices.
• Work with our SAP development team to design, develop, and debug ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Integrate the MM module with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and CO.
• Lead small to medium-scale integration projects, including those with EDI/IDOC processes.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the system.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to end-users and junior team members.

skills and experience required
8+ years of hands-on experience in the SAP MM module. Proven experience in leading large or medium-scale S/4HANA implementation projects and a deep understanding of SAP integration.

The ability to read and debug standard/custom ABAP programs, validate enhancement implementations, and collaborate with developers on bug fixes and performance tuning.

Highly familiar with EDI/IDOC processes, integration, and enhancement. A good understanding of the supply chain environment and retail industry experience are highly preferred.
