Lead project research and collaborative execution with partners to ensure effective integration and delivery.
Conduct systematic evaluation of costs, efficiency and risks to support decision-making and operational optimisation.
Take the lead in developing standardised procedures and operational frameworks to ensure consistent and controlled execution across locations.
Utilise data analysis to optimise inventory structure and storage efficiency, enhancing overall operational performance and cost control.
Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for overseas warehouse operations, driving performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Formulate and implement logistics and warehousing strategic plans to improve efficiency and cost management.
Develop and refine standardised logistics operation procedures, and monitor business processes and quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above preference given to relevant majors such as Logistics/Supply Chain Management, International Trade, and Industrial Engineering.
Over 8 years of comprehensive warehouse management experience, with experience in the establishment/operation of overseas warehouses and familiarity with multi-site warehouse networks.
Familiar with the logistics and warehousing environment in key overseas regions, as well as local policies, labour costs, taxation, and customs procedures.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with the ability to optimise processes and implement standardised management.
Strong data analysis skills, capable of interpreting warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and guiding operational improvements.
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective coordination with overseas teams or service providers.
